CONSTITUTION
The Yeats Society (Sligo) Inc. (YSS) was incorporated on the 28 July 1964
under the Companies Act 1963. The Memorandum of Association lists its 14
objects.
In pursuance
of the Memorandum, the following 12 member council were thus formed into the
original Company:
